Samsung delays Nexus Prime after Jobs' passing

Although Samsung and Apple Inc. have been in a heated battle for the past few months; Samsung announced they will delay the release of their new phone named the "Nexus Prime," as the world mourns Steve Jobs' death.

Samsung and Apple are suing each other in 20 different cases involving copyright infringement
in many countries around the world, including, the United States, Italy and Australia to name a few. A day after Jobs' passing, Samsung raised the stakes by filing another lawsuit to ban the sale of iPhones in Australia, Italy, France and other places in Europe. Seeing the aftermath of Jobs' death, Samsung decided that now wasn't the right time as the wake of Jobs' passing is still being felt worldwide.

The Nexus Prime is heralded as the next "big thing" to hit the cell phone market. Many
people around the world are waiting in great anticipation for the phone to be released.
Consumers are once again left hanging as Samsung has not announced a specific date when
the phone will be released.
